Description

This was a concept piece for a website I had to design for a project. The idea behind it was the user would pick a side to join and compete against the other side. Im normally not used to working with this size. I choose this size so I could adjust the size to my likeing.

I enjoy it a lot. The only problem i have is that while the idea is both sides are competing, the left is clearing winning in this image.

The vibrant and strong colors of white yellow and black are completely over powering the right's muted colors.

Additionally u chose to use Circles - VERY POWERFUL DESIGN ELEMENTS - on both sides.

My suggestion would be to utilize the circluar / organics only on the muted colors, and give the strong ( left side) side more of a hard edged, polygon / rectangluar feel.

This might ( i say might because its of those "try it and it might not work" ideas ) help balance the image more.

Good stuff regardless, and its good design foundation. +8
